Mouse River Enhanced Flood Protection Project (MREFPP) Announces Temporary Roadway Impacts to 16th S
Minot, N.D. – As work continues on Phases MI-2 and MI-3 of the Mouse River Enhanced Flood Protection Project (MREFPP), temporary roadway impacts have been scheduled to start this week.
Beginning on Wednesday, May 13, 16th Street SW will experience intermittent lane closures. The closures will fluctuate from one to two lanes narrowing the road to two or three open lanes of traffic at a time. The lane closures will change from time to time so drivers are asked to be alert through this corridor as route changes will occur regularly. These intermittent closures will be in place for approximately 2 months.
We anticipate these roadway impacts to take place on the dates listed, however, this schedule is weather permitting.
Safety is always a priority so please be vigilant near the construction zone.
