Mouse River Enhanced Flood Protection Project BU-1A Burlington Colton Avenue Bridge Replacement Proj

Burlington, N.D. – A public information meeting for the BU-1A City of Burlington Colton Avenue Bridge Replacement Project of the Mouse River Enhanced Flood Protection Project (MREFPP) has been scheduled for Monday, March 25, 2019. The public information meeting is sponsored by the City of Burlington and the Souris River Joint Board and will include an open house and a formal presentation by project engineers. The meeting will serve as the kick-off of construction for this phase of the project and will provide information to neighborhood property owners and community members regarding the anticipated project schedule, traffic impacts and detour routes, and information about what the community can expect as the project progresses.

The public meeting will be held in the gymnasium of the Burlington Des-Lacs Elementary School, 301 Wallace St S, Burlington. The open house is scheduled from 6:30pm – 7:00pm and the formal presentation will begin at 7:00pm.
